FK turned up at the office car park at 12:05, repaired it while I carried on eating my sandwich at my desk. Less than 30 minutes start to finish. He even sent me the invoice by text before he left. Complete blowout on the M1 near Watford at midnight (terrifying). Phoned NexDrive and they had someone with me in 28 minutes – faster than the RAC quoted 90+ mins! FK changed the tyre in the pitch black like it was nothing, checked my spare was actually usable (it wasn’t great, tbh), and got me home safe. Calm, quick, fair price for the time of night. Proper lifesavers.

No queue, no garage waiting room smell, no upselling rubbish. Already booked the wife’s Mini in for next month. This is how it should be.

Changed it on the hard shoulder, kept us calm, even had a little chat with my panicking 6-year-old about football to keep him distracted. Genuinely felt safe again because of these guys. Complete blowout on the M1 near Watford at midnight (terrifying). Phoned NexDrive and they had someone with me in 28 minutes – faster than the RAC quoted 90+ mins! FK changed the tyre in the pitch black like it was nothing, checked my spare was actually usable (it wasn’t great, tbh), and got me home safe. Calm, quick, fair price for the time of night. Proper lifesavers.

Nail in the tyre discovered at work yesterday. Booked via whatsapp at 11pm and we agreed lunchtime. FK turned up at the office car park at 12:05, repaired it while I carried on eating my sandwich at my desk. Less than 30 minutes start to finish. He even sent me the invoice by text before he left. Unreal service will never drag myself to a garage again!

My wife’s car was completely dead yesterday morning – lights left on overnight (classic). Called NexDrive at 7:15am in full panic about the school run. Dan turned up at 7:40, jump-started it in seconds, checked the battery health and even topped up the tyre pressures while he was there. Absolute hero. And he was so cheerful for that time in the morning!

Had a slow puncture I’d been ignoring for weeks like an idiot. Booked NexDrive to come to the house this morning, Tom arrived bang on 9am (even texted 20 mins before). Fixed it in the driveway while I was making the kids’ packed lunches. 20 minutes and done – tyre’s been spot on since. Price was actually cheaper than Kwik Fit quoted. Why didn’t I do this sooner😃

Absolutely brilliant service! Blew a tyre on the M25 at 8pm on a Friday night with my kids in the car (proper nightmare). Called NexDrive and Jordan was with us in under 40 minutes. Changed it on the hard shoulder, kept us calm, even had a little chat with my panicking 6-year-old about football to keep him distracted. Genuinely felt safe again because of these guys.
